She also has skilled training in breast surgery, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast lift, breast augmentation, body contouring, tummy tuck, and liposuction. Dr. Payne strives to provide compassionate care that is both technically excellent and deeply personal. She takes time to truly listen and understand her patients’ goals, concerns, and lifestyles.
